6. SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS
For the delivery of our products to you we use the services of two courier
companies. For deliveries in Greece we use the services of ELTA COURIER and for
deliveries in other countries we use the services of TNT. In order for them to deliver
to you our products, we may disclose to them your name, address and telephone
number, strictly for the purposes of delivering your order. Shipping takes place daily
except Saturdays, Sundays and general strikes, at delivery times and depending on
the availability of the above courier companies.
We intend for the delivery of our products to take place as soon as possible but
please note that such availability may depend on the availability of the products, the
destination of the package and on factors which we cannot influence, such as strikes,
extreme weather conditions, natural phenomena and excess work overload for
delivery firms during holidays.
If we receive any information that delivery time may take longer than usually, we will
contact you and we will be happy to address any issues or inquiries when contacted.
Please note that all information you may receive about the availability, shipping or
delivery of a product is merely estimated information and contains approximate
values.
Shipping Costs
Shipping in Greece is free of charge For delivery to other countries except Greece,
the shipping cost is twenty EUROS (€20) irrespective of the value of the order.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once the package reaches its destination. You must bear any
additional charges for customs clearance, because you are considered the importer.
We have no control over these charges. Depending on the laws of each country,
deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Since
customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local
customs office for further information.\
8. CANCELATION OF CONTRACT
(INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXCERCISE OF YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AS
A CONSUMER)
Right of Withdrawal
if you made a contract with us as a consumer online to buy our product(s), by placing
an order through our online shop, you have the right to withdraw from the contract
you made with us within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period
will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other
than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods (or
last good, lot or piece if the order relates to goods or multiple lots or pieces
delivered separately).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (The C Edition, Skoufa 32, PO BOX 10673 Athens GREECE tel. ++30 210339200 [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-
mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form in ANNEX 1 (please see
bellow), but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication
concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has
expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received
from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary
costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive
type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not
later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to
withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same
means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly
agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such
reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods
back.
(a) You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and
in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your
withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods
before the period of 14 days has expired.
(b) You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
(c) You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling
other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning
of the goods. You should only handle and inspect our products in the same manner
as you would be allowed to do in a shop. For example, you can only try on our
bodysuits / bodies without removing any tags and / or hygiene seals, as you would in
a shop. However, you are not allowed to wear them, and you should only try them
on without removing your underwear for hygiene reasons. Following receipt of the
goods we retain the right to examine them. Should we come to the conclusion, by
examining them in good faith, that the returned goods, despite dispatched as such,
are no longer in a normal sellable condition due to your assumed use, we may
detract from your reimbursement any costs related to bringing the goods back in a
normal sellable condition (for example cleaning fees to remove odours).
(d) Please note that we may refuse to reimburse you if, following inspection already
mentioned in (c), we understand that the returned products are no longer fit for sale
or the cost of reinstating them in a sellable condition exceeds the original price of
the product.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
You cannot cancel a contract you made with us for:
(a) the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for
example, if you ordered a fully custom-made bodysuit / body which we made
completely to your specifications);
(b) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health
protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (for example, if one
of our products bears a hygiene seal, you cannot cancel your order if you remove the
hygiene seal)
(c) if a product is on Final Sale
Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
9. SELLER GUARANTEE
Under EU and Greek law (Article 534 et seq Greek Civil Code and Article 5 Greek Law
2251/1994 (Α' 191) “Consumer Protection”), you have the right to a two (2) year
guarantee from the delivery of our products. You can request repair or replacement
of the goods purchased from us, if these goods have defects or do not look as
advertised. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time or
without difficulties or if the repair or replacement is impossible, you can always
claim reimbursement or a reduction of the purchase price.
